Common questions
What file formats can I upload?
PDF and Word (.docx) for now. You can also paste a link to online terms if your vendor only publishes them on a webpage.
Is my contract data secure?
Files are encrypted at rest in our EU storage and only accessible to members of your organization. We use a frontier AI provider to read each contract for extraction; that provider is bound not to use your documents for model training and does not retain them beyond the API call. Our Privacy Policy lists every sub-processor by name.
How accurate is the AI extraction?
Our AI fills in the dates, notice period, and renewal clause as soon as your contract uploads. You can review and edit every field afterwards - think of it as a fast first draft, not magic.
Will it work with scanned PDFs?
Yes, the model can read most scanned documents directly. Quality drops on heavily degraded scans - in those cases you can enter the dates manually.
